It's been raining again none stop since yesterday. Meant to be going out today, and to be honest, if I could go back to bed...I would.

Morning all,

I slept better last night, woke up to a thunder storm at one point but that was about it.

I had to read the riot act to the children about their homework. They still leave it to the last minute. Oldest Son had 3 lots and didn't start until 9. 0 clock. I don't have the strength to keep reminding them.

The rain has returned after the beautiful day yesterday. Only good thing is the bluebells have lasted longer than expected and are dazzling!

Karen I did tell my OH you wished him better...he has been up all night....most of the school is off with...please god dont let me get it...
Elizabeth...I know what you mean about homework...my youngest GD is doings there sats next month so the poor thing...is drowning in it....I wouldn't care but they have that to come when they go to high school...
No Chris last night...so I will leave some hugs for when she gets in ((((())))
Coco I think was still with her friend...you have a safe journey home and hope all went well
And Christine I hope let us know when you start the meds...and wishing you well with them
Tony I hope today isn't to bad for you.....
Im not sure what today will bring...not much going off the state of my OH....but so far it is dry so that is something

Coco should be home late afternoon, so hope you had a good journey Coco and your friend is not in to much pain.

Chris, hows work going. I do hope that you are keeping on top of things, I know it is really hard but you can do it, you are stronger than you think.

Christine, hope work is going ok for you. and that you are being well looked after. You must make sure you look after yourself.

hi all, im home, got back about 15 mins ago, sat with a coffee, im shatered but it all went ok, friend now tucked up in bed where hopefully she will sleep some, i have my atos medical in the morning, deep joy, hopefully i will look like s***, i certainly wont have much patience with them, im sorre and tired.

Sorry but someone has nicked ALL me spoons this week!! So just a quick visit before I poach me knees as I really must do. AND yes mummy Barbara I will find something to eat before I crash.

Karen hope you are coping? I know you not so good these days but hope the pain patches are helping and that you can get some decent rest when you can.

Was a nice sunny day yesterday but back to rain all day here today and my bones don't like it at all.! Keep warm folks.

Take care E and Christine, Gee I am glad my homework days are over. Must be so hard now when kids have the lure of FB, mobiles and laptops to distract them which are generally so much more fun.

Just been looking at my appointments...I see my hip man on the 21st of this month it was changed from the 17th and on the 19th this is Saturday I go to have a blood pressure monitor fitted...for 24 hours...so have to go back Sunday to have it taken off...fancy taking up my weekend... ...I still havent made the one for my kidney scan..I have enough at the min...I have made chicken curry if anyone fancys some my oh doesn't and I have only had a tiny bit....

I had to read the riot act AGAIN !Honestly they never learn. Iwas hurting so couldn't chase them upfor bed and they were cocking a deaf'un. In the end I phoned OH who was downstairs to sort them out. They were not amused! Thismorning oldest was like a zombie.

When will they learn?

I hope everyone else is having a good day. I'm tired but can say my knees are much much better. I took Methotrexate yesterday first time since FEb. I stopped MTX and humira due tothe cold and have had 1 lot of humira but that wore off quickly.

Christine I hope you get to see this....the Meth has dampened down my swollen knees!

Barbara, sorry you had a bad night. You were not alone though, I think about 2 hours sleep for me.

Elizabeth, glad to hear that your knees are feeling a bit better, one less pain to deal with.

i hope everyone is feeling brighter today, im putting the kettle on if anyone is lurking,

sorry was in to much of a state to pop in first thing, what an ordeal and palava this morning was. by the time i got to the medical/judgement place i was wound up like a goodun, really sore and tired, the snooty receptionist threw the paperwork at me to fill in, my son grabbed it and glared at her. filled it in, i signed it then he gave it back to her, the waiting room was full so anxiaty went into over drive and i was shaking and tearful, the receptionist asked if i was ok and gave me some tissue. felt a bloody fool but sod it im beyond caring with these people anymore. ended up waiting ages in the waiting room then was called in by some chap, he was polite enough but that dont fool me, he tried to tell me the process so i cut him short and said id been dragged through it before so can we please get the thing over with before i fall apart completley (still tearful ) and would it be possible to be logged down as female this time as that is what i am after all, his face was a picture, told him id had to go to appeal and had the last desision overturned straight away. he was appoled. he asked me questions on my depression and anxierty and wrote loads down, said he would do the physical stuff at the end. asked if id had councilling for the abuse id had from my ex etc, said id asked for it but dr was reluctant to spend money on it. so was dealing with it on my own. anyway after hed asked all those questions he stood up and said i could go. no poking or prodding, no questions on arther or fibro nothing, even said if im called back again i could get the dr to back my request for a home visit, to which i was surprised. was in there about 15 mins tops.

so god knows what he has written or what crap i will have to fight next, i will just have to await the result and demand a coppy of my report. it was bizare to say the least.

now i need a coffee, its done and i think chocolate today and start diet tomorrow.

Coco you poor thing ...it has obviously all come out today ..so hopefully the cry will help in all soughts of ways...I do think it sounds has if they have taken note of all you are going through...I will have everything crossed for you, and could I say my friend had counselling for free...she put it off for years..and wish she hadn't ..she did really well with it
Christine and Chris hope today isn't to bad for you...
Well I went to the cash and carry...and bought some lovely artificial flowers...they were so cheap...I paid £4 for them and the same in the shops in a fancy vase were 30 something pounds...

Coco oh love what an upsetting morning and though he sounded sympathetic we hear such horror stories of them appearing to listen and then writing rubbish. I do hope they don't put through you hoops and that is all goes ahead without another fight. You so need a break from them just know and a few easier day. Hope your friend doing ok?

Karen Barbara sorry you had bad nights there, do hope both your hubbys are feeling a bit better too? ((( ))) Thank you both for the spoons.

Elizabeth glad the MTX is helping again though the family are being a tad trying just now by the sound of things.

Forgive me been a tough week and am hanging by a thread to be honest. No duvet day tomorrow. I have to be on a train at 7.00 am for a hossie appointment as the specialist unit at York for 9. So sorry Karen can you all please cross your fingers again for me. I am rather in a panic over it now, especially with the unexplained weight loss recently!!. I guess I won't get results for a while so sorry if I don't feel up to posting tomorrow. ( I think I mentioned to Karen and E privately what it was about and happy for them to tell you on pm or FB.) Just didn't feel right to put it on this bit. Haven't told my sis dont want worry her, or work so it has been hard not having anyone to talk too.

I will have plenty of pockets if you can please be thinking of me.
