im putting the kettle on if anyone wants to join me, im just back in from shopping, boy i hate food shop, anyway i will have 5 mins chill with a cuppa now and have a nosey around.

im okish hun. neck and shoulder is still really sore but the spasams have stopped so fingers crossed were through the worst, i refused to lift the shopping so the kids did that side for me. we can eat now as id run out of food lol,

thankfully my son drove or we would still be sat on the drive way lol

would anyone like a biscuit. i have only just managed 1 easter egg this year and it took me 3 days to eat it (it was only little) i normally eat loads at easter , my kids are shocked lol so i will leave the easter egg to you and karen barbara
